Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt Lawrence Talbot, a cursed writer, returns to his family's home after his brother's disappearance. He reunites with his estranged father and together they embark on a search for his missing brother. Talbot becomes aware of the terrifying fate that awaits him.
Talbot's childhood came to an end on the night his mother died. After leaving the peaceful, small village of Blackmoor, he tried to forget the incident for years. However, the news of his brother's disappearance, received from his fiancée Gwen Conliffe, brings him back to this village in search of his lost sibling.
Soon, he learns of a powerful, bestial creature that ruthlessly kills the villagers in the village. Scotland Yard inspector Aberline, suspicious of these events, arrives in the village to investigate.
