Hugh Grant, Julianne Moore, Tom Arnold Samuel (Hugh Grant) has had a perfect life until he learns that his girlfriend, Rebecca Taylor (Julianne Moore), is pregnant after being together for five years. As a child psychiatrist overwhelmed by children, Samuel doesn't want this baby to come into the world, but when his girlfriend is determined to give birth, the couple is forced to break up.
