Bill Murray, Joanne Whalley, Peter Gallagher Wallace Ritchie (Murray), his brother James (Peter Gallagher), decides to go to England to spend his birthday with him. James, who is busy with his future in business, must find something to occupy his brother until the dinner is over. The trouble begins when Wallace answers a phone call intended for a real spy. The situation becomes even more complicated as a plot to assassinate Russian and British statesmen unfolds on the eve of an important peace treaty between the countries. To make matters worse, Wallace becomes the number one enemy of men who want a second Cold War.
